About
What BrainGym is
Eight short exercises, each training one specific mental skill: math facts, working memory, attention, estimation, reading recall, task-switching, and inhibitory control.
How an exercise is built
Every exercise is a tight, focused drill for one skill, not a lesson to read. You get instant feedback on each attempt, and most exercises use a simple rank ladder that moves with real performance, not time spent.
Exercises run entirely in the browser as a single page with nothing loaded from anywhere else. There is no timer pressure beyond what the drill itself needs, and no way to fail permanently — you just rank back down and try again.
What we deliberately do not do
- No analytics and no tracking scripts, on any page
- No accounts for children, and no data collected about the learner
- No leaderboards, streaks, or notifications designed to pull a child back
If you subscribe later, the account belongs to you, the adult. A child never signs in to anything.
Try it before anything else
It is the complete exercise, not a preview, and it stays free.
